The Pittsburgh YMCA Association tapped Elliance to develop a digital strategy to help them engage with more people in Allegheny county, grow memberships, grow program revenues, grow volunteers and grow member donations to their annual campaign.
Elliance began by remaking the Pittsburgh YMCA website into a hub for belonging, volunteering and giving. It portrays Pittsburgh’s diverse people and communities with authenticity and humanity and communicates that the Y is open to everyone.
Every page of the YMCA website is optimized for SEO using a strategy based on demographics, program types and geography. Seasonal campaigns built around membership, giving, childcare and camps drive traffic and revenues.
Since launch, online membership sign-ups have increased by 56% and program revenues have increased by 30%.
